Legal opinions have been offered to the Town of Palm Beach from the Town Attorney about the proposed Charter Amendment. The Town Council unanimously approved to release to the public the attorney-client confidential document yesterday.  In addition, a law professor offered his opinion.  Both documents are on the Town Website in the upper left corner of the homepage: Town of Palm Beach Website

The Town Council will consider the proposed Charter Amendment regarding the Plaza and Playhouse and the potential hiring of special counsel to advise the Landmarks Preservation Commission on the Plaza redevelopment application.
